In the event of cancellation of the booked service due to any reason, you are obligated to notify Dubrovnik Boat Rent by phone call or in writing and at a fair time. Following this, please kindly inform Dubrovnik Boat Rent as soon as possible about the cancellation, as we are open to resolving the situation with mutual satisfaction.
Due to the ongoing global situation with COVID-19 and travel restrictions, we do not require advance payments or deposits for making the boat reservation. Following this, the cancellation of the reservation at any time will not bear any costs or penalties.
Dubrovnik Boat Rent is always going the extra mile to assure you have the best possible experience and service. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, some situations are completely beyond our control. In the case of bad weather or similar conditions, where we are unable to deliver the service due to safety reasons, we will do our best to change the reserved service for another date, if the reserved boat is available and if the Client agrees. If both parties are not able to agree to an alternative date change, there will be NO charges whatsoever for the Clients account.
