Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. We kindly request that cancellations be communicated as soon as possible via email or telephone. If a guest chooses to cancel or shorten the tour voluntarily after it has commenced, we are not obligated to adjust or reduce the agreed price. Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
In the case of severe or unsuitable weather conditions, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for an alternative date and time, subject to availability. Please be advised that refunds processed via bank transfer may require 3–7 business days to complete.
Any matters not expressly covered above shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
